This lot is set as a Retail Lot type by default, but has all the requirements for Bar and Café lot types as well. You may switch between the 3 and hire vendors for each "business" upon loading onto the lot in Live Mode. Note: For the Pizza Shop to function, Hire the vendor at the stall inside and size it down AFTER the vendor takes their place in the stall.
